Worried about a lump under my breast. Could it be cancer?

I'm 29 years old and now I found a lump underneath my breast, near the underwiring of my bra. It feels quite sore. I've had lumps in that place before, usually before and during menstruation and they've gone away. I'm not on my period though I'm close to ovulation. I don't know if that could be connected. I don't have any history of breast cancer on either side of my family.

My mum was diagnosed with lung cancer last year. Unfortunately recently her cancer came back after a brief period of remission, but the good news is that it hasn't spread and the doctors are optimistic about treatment.

I have health anxiety as it is which has been worsened by my mum's cancer. I'm scared that I have cancer. Although breast cancer is the most treatable, it's most aggressive in younger women. Also my breast is itchy near the nipple as well.
