Ive had neck and shoulder joint pain now for a week or so which doesnt seem to be subsiding, it does ease if i take some painkiller but doesn't go away completely, i wake up every night lately with pins & needles in my hand aswell. I now have a slight sore throat with white spots which i have been given antibiotics for. Thing is i cant help but feep they're all connected and have spent hours googling symptoms of throat cancer, lung cancer, any cancer that could have these symptoms, checking for swollen lymph nodes. I am a really anxious person in general and this is really getting me down someone please tell me I'm over reacting?
