Hi there, first time on here but having continued problems. I suffer from IBS but suffer from bloating and nausea a lot. I have recently lost a stone in weight after having twins four years ago. I now notice a mass in my lower right abdomen. It's not there all the time but you can see it when I lie down. I had a colonoscopy about a year and a half ago which was normal apart from some calcification of my colon. My ovaries are all fine not not gynae related. Could this just be IBS? It also feels tight on my right side sometimes and like I have trapped gas under my ribs.
