Hello

I had BCC removal yesterday from scalp. Once the local anesthetic wore off it hurts like hell. I had 5 stitches. Had a BCC removed 2 yrs ago from temple and don't remember this kind of discomfort. Not just the wound, but surrounding area feels extremely painful / tender and 'pulls'. I am ordinarily good at handling pain. I wonder if it is because the scalp has little flesh to play with for cutting out and stitching up? When the anesthetic went in, it was total pain. Any advice please?
