For a few years now I've been treated for IBS....the stomach pains and cramps and the feeling I need the toilet and pressure is getting so much worse...I suffer with constipation and never have a solid poo...I can run to toilet thinking I need to go but get stabbing pain passing jelly and pink blood..I've also got an anal fistula which dont help as I'm always causing that to tear due to the straining...I get constantly blocked up which causes a lot of pain and I'm un able to eat which is a bad thing for me as I'm under weight and never gain anything..

I've had the Camara in my back passage which showed some polyps but nothing to be concerned about...

Nothing seems to be getting better it's really affecting me and my family because I'm always in so much pain and discomfort so unable to live my life fully active like I did before...I spend most of my days lay on my bed and taking pain relief which doesn't always work...the pressure is like I need to poop but never nothing there even thou it feels like there is..

But the pain is extremely severe and I am reduced to tears....I also have a funny turn while trying to go to the loo I go very hot and start sweating in so much pain...what do you advise for me to try differently x
