Im new here.  For about a month or so I've had a burning discomfort and tender area to the side of my left breast. Nothing to see. No skin changes. Not the actual breast itself but the rib next to it. For a while I stopped wearing a bra because of the discomfort but have needed to resume wearing one as I'm not working from home now.  
 

Any thoughts what it might be. Any advice?  Can't see GP as there's nothing to "show". Thanks all
