Meningioma

Hello everyone!!

hope you're all keeping safe. July 2020 I was diagnosed with a meningioma behind my right eye. I'm still awaiting surgery and will see my surgeon in June this year 2021. The operation is scary but what scares me most is I've lost four family members to brain aneurysms. Time is getting closer and the more I'm getting scared. Any information would be helpful and if anyone's had the operation. Thank you so much.

    Welcome to Cancer Chat. I'm sorry to hear what you're going through - and it sounds like it's been a bit of a wait for you, which I can imagine must be difficult.

    Hopefully it is a positive that you are getting closer to treatment, but I can understand your feelings and worries.
