All tests clear but still in pain, where do I go from here?

Hi, I am after some advice, since November I have been in terrible pain in 2 areas around my left ovary radiating to my back and down my leg, and Secondly in the middle of my chest around my sturnam a constant stabbing pain like tablets are stuck, or you need someone to hit you on the back.

The chest pain has taken me to AanE twice, and since December I have had Bloods a Gastroscopy an ECG chest X-ray and chest abdomen and pelvis CT, all clear.

I am in so much pain and don't know where now to turn to I'm withdrawing from everything and can't function, I don't sleep and live on pain killers and hot water bottles and im thoroughly miserable..... has anyone ever experienced anything like this???? 
Has anyone any ideas as to where to go next ... please

    Hi Jane,

    A very warm welcome to our forum. 

    I am sorry to hear about the pain that you are suffering despite having been given the all clear. Why not return to your GP and tell them how you feel? If you can write down a list of symptoms, if possible with time lines and any additional information you have, this may be helpful for your doctor. Make sure that you let your GP know how this is affecting you.

    It can't be good for your symptoms to be living on painkillers and not being able to sleep won't be helping either. Please let us know how you get on. as you cannot continue like this.
