I have been taking letrozole for 3 years. I had hot flushes and joint pain until my pharmacist changed the brand to Teva. 

However the Teva brand has been discontinued and I have tried both Accord and Cipla brands but the hot flushes and joint pain have returned. Can anyone suggest a brand that is the same as or similar to Teva.
