Hi I was wondering if anyone felt the same during a MRI scan its been playing on my mind .... so this is my story

Well  over a year ago I noticed a small lump on my neck right side seen the doc but he wasn't concerned at all so carried on living my life then a few months after that I started having issues with my salivary glands .... one day when I was having my supper I had a massive swelling like a tennis ball under my left ear after half our it went down but was still a bitty swollen went to the docs was told it was still swollen  and got antibiotics... the swelling never totally went down but again about 6 months ago it did it again so back to docs I went, he referred me to the ENT and said it may be a salivary stone .... I was on the waiting list and finally got a phone appointment for ENT just over 2 weeks ago and he said he was sending me for a MRI which I went for on Monday....so went in and qas told it would last about 20/25 mins but I was in there for 50 mins... I never felt anything until he told me this will be the last one and would be 6 and a half mins long and this one i felt down my sides !!! I felt like my side muscles were doing mini spasms !!!! So I started to worry cuz I'm like why are they testing down there have they found something   but even though they said that would be the last one they continued to do 3 more..... so now I am worried and like many overthinking  

Does this sound like they could of found something ? Did anyone else feel anything while having a MRI ??? I was told my consultant would be in touch with results within 2 weeks but my goodness it feels like its been a month already and uts only been like 3 sleeps
