Hello there.

recently I have been experiencing pain in my right hand side for about 3 months now I'm a 26 year old man who works Monday to Friday... the pain in my right hand side has varied from an ache to a sharp pain aswell as into my lower right hand of my back but I can get pain from my left side sometimes aswell. Iv noticed I'm burping a lot aswell also. This has effected me badly for my anxiety the doctors keep telling me that it don't sound like something serious and I shouldn't be worried because of my age but today I found red splodges in my stool and I'm totally freaking out by Iv already had an ultra sound scan and blood tests which nothing cropped up... everything seems normal but they couldn't inspect my gallbladder.... can someone please help me I feel so lost....
