Hi all ‍♂️ 

I'm new to the site and this is my 1st post. I'm 36 years young.

I'm a psoriatic arthritis sufferer and have been on immunosuppressive medication for around 18 months. About 6 months ago I began to notice a lump come up around the sternoclavicular joint on my right side and not long after started to feel a pressure like sensation behind the said joint.

After a visit to the local GP I was sent for an urgent ultrasound. When discussing the ultrasound all they told me was that the sternoclvicular joint and shoulder joint looked normal, asked if the lump was still there, which it is, they then went to consult their colleague and I was informed they were referring me to ENT for further investigation. 
Ever since my mind has been running away with itself wondering what it could be. Anyone that could give me any advice on their experience or what to expect, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
