I'm sorry to hear that you've recently noticed some changes on your breast; it's understandable that you're feeling concerned.
Please do get in touch with your GP about this. Whilst Dr's are busy they are still very much open and seeing patients who need to be seen. I'm sure they will be able to give you some reassurance.
