Hi I hope you can help I'm thinking the worst but am I right to worry I got a lump a tender hard in my left side of nostril and I'm scared, I always suffer with runny nose I'm on nasal spray for that and I always get mucus clearing in my nose to my throat and even certain foods cause me to cough phlegm up mucus whatever it's called I always get a lump of mucus from nose in morning, I noticed I have a smell in my nose to and the left nostril with the little lump is slightly blocked , I'm frightened I have autism anxiety etc does anyone know roughly what it could be and do I need to worry thanks
