Lump on top of my left testicle

I'm very worried about this lump I have discovered on top of my left testicle it seems to be about the size of a pea and a half with a cord attached going up.

if anyone could join possibly let me know what it might be that would be very helpful.

if someone could help out it would be very reassuring.

    Unfortunately no-one here will be able to advise on this, as it's only your doctor who can do this.

    Do give them a call and hopefully this will give some answers and peace of mind. It may be a phone appointment initially, but if the doctor feels it necessary then they'll ask to see you in person.
