Neck ache and now feel a lump right side??

So I've had neck ache for a wk or so, tend to suffer from these quite often as I'm a bad sleeper ha but as I was massaging before I felt a lump? Is this a muscle knot or swollen lymph nodes and will it go down over next wk or shall I seek medical advice? Something else to worry about now

    So I'm 17 and 3 days ago I discovered a lump - like a small pea size underneath my chin. Is your lump hard as if it is then from what I heard your meant to see a doctor. Mine is hard so I'm going to phone tomorrow and get something sorted. I am absolutely terrified as the first thought in my head was cancer.

    it's not hard no but obviously when you feel a lump it's always concerning, try not to worry too much but I know it's hard not to! I hope you get answers and it's something and nothing, I think I'm going to see how mine goes over the next wk or so.
