Hi all hope you are all well I'm just hoping to hear a few peoples experiences or advice as mentally I am exhausted from worry and overthinking.

I'm 37 just got appointment for colonoscopy for feb the 5th.i have suffered constipation all my life but in oct I felt a downward pressure in rectum and spasms and my constipation was even worse.so I got a rectal exam when he said I'll send you for a colonoscopy as your colon is very narrow and my finger can go so far.my mum said as a child 1yr old they had to take me to a specialist with severe constipation and was put on special enemas that specialist also said to my parents that i had a narrow colon.so basically now I'm freaking out waiting on this appointment cause I believe I'm going to be told I have  cancer.ive never had bleeding..no narrow stools..no unusual stool colour etc.if anyone can shed any light so I dont jump out the window k would be very grateful...the good or the bad and thank you all for taking the time.
