Hi I’m not sure if this is the right place to post but I’m going out of my mind with worry and hoped maybe others can tell me their own experiences 

I found a lump in my right breast a couple of months ago but stupidly didn’t do anything about it, 2 weeks ago I felt the lump has increased in size and now there’s another lump under my nipple in the areola area. The only way I can describe it is it feels like the size and hardness of a Brazil nut, also can feel 2 small lumps under my right armpit. Also yellowish discharge coming out of my right nipple if I squeeze (nothing coming out of my other one)

i went to the doctors on Wednesday last week and she was concerned also so has referred me to the breast clinic. My appointment is this Thursday @ 11.40am

im an anxious person in general and what with COVID I have to attend the appointment alone. 
 

can anyone tell me from the symptoms I’ve described If you’ve had similar did it turn out to be cancer and what to expect at the appointment? My doctor said I should be prepared to be there for a good few hours.
