                   my stoma was an absolute nightmare,raw and bloody for every day of the 14 months l had it,so it was an easy decision to have the reversal.The "new normal"has taken 5 years to become tolerable,and l am reminded daily that the bowel does not take kindly to surgical intervention. For me , l made the right call but if the stoma had not been such a pig,who knows how l would have jumped. l think its all down to what you want the most, so good luck,

Thank you David for your reply, I don't have any trouble with my stoma now so I need to make the decision of what I need to do, I'll let you know what my decision will be but it's between the devil and the deep blue sea I think.
