Throat mri

Hi 

I would appreciate any advice. I had an MRI on my throat following a chronic sore throat for approx 7 months and occasional swollowing problems. The consultant has wrote to me - very briefly saying the scan has confirmed that we need to have a look in and around your throat with a camera.  What could the scan have shown?

    Unfortunately no-one here can answer this question apart from your consultant, so do be sure to ask them about this in more detail when you see them next.
