Hi, not really sure what or how to write this?

I'm 25 years old, and around 14 weeks ago found a lump in my breast, went to gp, refered to breast clinic, had scans etc, was told glandular breast tissue (13.12.2020)

Fast forward 2 mornings ago 28.12.2020, i woke up in the morning as usual, and both breasts had a red itchy patch, went for shower thought nothing of it today 30.12, still the same itchy and sore and the red patches appear to stick out of the skin looks like an insect bite or something also looks like a love bite with little bruises if that makes sence. I have been applying sudocreme to soothe the itching, and I am going to phone the docs ASAP after Xmas holidays.

Does anyone have advice or similar experience please.
