Hi everyone never posted on anything like this before so really nervous , so a few days ago when I was laying down I felt a lump in my left breast I instantly felt sick and thought I have cancer , the lump is very moveable , I have no pain , No changes in skin or nipple no discharge no symptoms at all but it moves around when I roll my fingers over it . I have health anxiety so as you can imagine my mind is everywhere I'm only 26 years old so I'm just looking for advice , anyone's experiences like mine would be so helpful to hear about ️
