Hi I'm not really sure if I'm overreacting or if what I'm feeling is normal but I have some concerns about my left breast. It is considerably bigger than my right breast to the point the left nipple is a good inch lower than the nipple on the right breast. It feels extremely heavy too compared to the right. I have noticed it feels hot at times too and can start to itch. Just knocking it slightly can painful. I have tried to feel for lumps but my breasts are lumpy anyway so not sure I can feel anything  out of the ordinary. Possibly my imagination but the breast feels like it's getting bigger too. I'm struggling to find comfortable bras because of the size difference. If anyone could offer some guidance or reassurance that would really help as I'm not sure if this is a worry over nothing or something worth getting checked out.
