Hi I'm new to this forum aswell but just wanted to stress to you to get a second opinion from another doctor or insist on further investigation. Hopefully it will be nothing but you know your own body better than any doctor. Don't be fobbed off. I saw my doctor 16months ago with symptoms of invasive lobular breast cancer. He dismissed me as a time waster. I am now awaiting surgery for a mastectomy in the new year. Had he referred me back then, I could have been looking at maybe a lumpectomy. Make sure you do especially as you have a family history of breast cancer. All the best and hoping you get a good result. I know it is a worry but be strong and share your concerns with someone close to you. Sending love to you x
