Waiting for results of biopsy and can not switch off my head don’t think I’ll sleep till get results as it is I only sleep about 2 hrs a day but been like that for years
It’s partly my own doing as about five half year back when I lost partner I turned to amphetamines and. Never slept for long time but no my mind won’t switch off I nod of for a hour her there that’s it hope your ok to
Give yourself a break- you have had an horrendous time.
Me and my mate suffer with the 'head over drive' we refer to it is having a head full of cross bees.
Amphetamines,or no, your head sounds full of bees...... with very good reasons.

Over the years I have known many people who are bereaved, odd thing , but it is something that happens to all of us. I never forget the way a friend once summed it up " you don't get over it, you just learn to live with your new normal". It happened to her 17 years ago, it was only after about 7 yrs that she could talk about it without having a meltdown......she is now able to enjoy the memory and smile when she talks about him. Life, for her has gone on- work, children etc etc. She had major cross bees for a long time, but now they are more or less settled.
Sleep , haha, what is that! Myself and said friend have been trying to switch the bees off for years. We are probably quite kind to our bees these days, instead of trying to fight with them acknowledge then for what they are. It is not you or anything you have done, it just is.....
we take daily meds now, both of us. I have been taking them for the best part ofm20 yrs and I have to say they have saved my life. I have tried stopping them, but the bees just get busy again, it took a long time, but I now acknowledge that the bees need to be kept under control for life and it doesn't bother me.
you probably need to trot off to your GP- to sort them bees out.
Good luck and always happy to discuss bees. I am on here because my husband was diagnosed with Oesophageal Cancer in August. For some very strange reason once I had taken on all what goes with it, my bees have been very calm.
my head fell off last year with cluster headaches am so glad that I don’t get them any more worst head pain ever had I was gonna run in to the wall on many occasions but one day I ran out of entreso heart failure tablets my ejection fraction was 4 % for long time as I was saying ran out pills chemist couldn’t get them for a week so did without 200 mg they were so didn’t think Mitch aboot it till I got them had one hour later got cluster headache turns out the 200 dose gives me cluster headache so now I take 50 mg and no headache for over a year
