There is a hard lump above my right testicle that I have noticed about a month ago but it could have been there for a while longer , my lymph nodes are swollen both sides of my groin but a little larger on my right side . They are slightly larger than a pee but noticeable 

the lump is firm and about the size of a pee 

I am only 14 and I wasnt sure if this lump is cancer or not 

any advice
