anxious about headaches

hey everyone, i am a 16 yr old female and have had a persistent, dull headache for the last 7 days. It is fairly minor pain wise but it is just not going away, even with paracetamol, and so I am really concerned. Can anyone suggest what this might be/what I should do??

    Hi Bethan,

    Why not contact your GP? This sounds like the most sensible thing to do. There are a number of different causes for a persistent headache, most a lot less serious than cancer. Your GP will know whether or not you need different medication for this.
