Hi ladies,
I was called back to the breast clinic following a routine mammogram for further investigations. My appointment was on Monday and the consultant decided to do 3 biopsies as he had seen 2 areas in the left breast and also one in the lymph node. He said there is definitely an area causing concern which will need treatment. My follow up appointment isn't until the 13th January which I am finding very hard to deal with. How I am going to get through Christmas and then have to wait until the 13th Jan is causing such a mixture of emotions. I am usually a strong person but really struggling at the moment.
