Hi I've been a bit worried about a small lump I have behind my ear on the left side of my neck, I only noticed it when I was doing my hair and felt it. It's firm doesn't move and doesn't cause me any pain but recently I've been getting really sore heads and sore eyes not sure if that would have anything to do with it. I haven't phoned my GP yet as I work everyday. I noticed this a week ago and it seems to have got a little bigger , it's not noticeable to see it as at first I thought it was a spot but feels like a small ball under the skin.
