I'v struggled with fatigue and weakness a number of months closer to 10 months , some days crying through pure frustration of it. Had it constantly put down to anxiety.
Approximately 9 weeks ago, I noted by chance as my neck felt achey in my muscles I rubbed and felt a swollen lymph node on the left hand side. Almost like a small marble. I can roll it around a little, quite rubbery feeling. 3 weeks after noticing this I got tested positive for covid. So naturally no doctor wanted to see me for a while. 3 weeks after this my old GP assessed it and said it was small however if it was still there in another 2 weeks I should ring back. 'Get over covid for a while first' even though I noted this lump 3 weeks before contracting covid?
fatigue has been horrendous, even more so since covid unable to work since. Terrible night sweats maybe 4/5 nights out of 7, to the point I've had to get up and get changed. I never had a fever and still haven't. Had small chest discomfort. Bloods have all come back within range. This node seems to feel slightly bigger some days and slightly smaller again another (if possible)
I don't want to come across as hypochondriac but I keep thinking things aren't getting better and I don't want to bother busy gp's but at the same time I have two young children to think about.
I'm just worried maybe I'm getting lost in the whole covid situation.
