I'm really worried I've got a white spot on my nipple ,im not breastfeeding its been there 2 weeks now and I've developed breast pain ,the pain isn't there all the time it comes and goes my Dr said it could be skin infection and given me antibiotics today for a week ,and he said if it doesn't go away he'll refer me to the breast clinic, im 46 and just wondered if this could be hormones as well ,I can't feel any lumps and I feel OK in myself
