im 40 and have no ovaries, had removed due to cysts on hrt for five years no period for 5 years. had alittle spotting for 2 weeks now have bad cramps pain and bleeding much more today not as bad as a normal period a bit concerned have not contacted gp yet my gp still not doing face to face consultations any advice
