firstly well done on seeking medical advice, many people leave it through being scared and avoiding it.

I went through breast cancer when my son was very young and went through ops and treatment. I'm still here today 14 years on... I was 35 when diagnosed. I understand the whirlwind of emotions and feeling overwhelmed. Just keep talking to those around you and feel the love and support. Hold your babies tight as they're your purpose to fight whatever the diagnosis xxx

I have just joined the forum today as I have a drs appointment at 11:00 , 

I've found a lump in my left breast and an area of hardening 

I'm scared too , haven't really slept much since I found the lump on Saturday morning and feel too sick to eat 

I just wanted to give you a big virtual hug and say that I'm here if you want to chat

My girls are literally my world and it's breaking my heart that they might have to go through this 

I'm being referred to our local hospitals breast unit 

the GP said a 2 week wait but I have no idea how I can get through 2 weeks

I know we have to take every day as it comes but I'm finding it really difficult to distract my thinking and my mind keeps on wondering all the ' what ifs ' 

How are you coping ? Xx 

Do your girls know? My 3 are very excited. I feel like I want to cry all the time and that this is a nightmare. I want to wake up and it's all a bad dream. My Dr said 2 weeks also but `I've rang my local private hospital. They are busy due to Covid.
