Advice please

Basically I went to the doctors end of august asfter finding a lump I was beside myself and anxiously waited for a few weeks due to covid at appointment I had ultrasound and they decided to biopsy and mentioned calcification and fibrocyscitc changes! It was a very moveable pea like lump Anyway I was convinced it was worst case scenario yet 10 days later I got a letter saying it was benign tissue harmless changes and I was being discharged. My left breast has always been more ropey and lumpy than right but I'm sure I can feel a lump that wasn't there when I was at the hospital it feels right next to where they did the biopsy as I can still see the tiny scar I don't know what to do I don't know if i should go back to doctors yet I only had results 8 weeks ago could they have missed something? Surely it would of been suspicious at the time or they would of called me back to check again. Or could this be damage to tissue from the actual biopsy as the area felt very firm and hard for about a week or so after.has this happened to anyone after a biopsy my anxiety is through the roof again. Thank you
