Vaginal bleeding after bowel movement

Hi Guys

I need abit of advise, for a few months now i have had vaginal bleeding when i have a bowel movement, it is not every time and the blood isnt bright red it is a pinky colour.

Obviously i am worried and everything that i have googled has brought up cancer so looking for advice please

I went to the doctors and had examination and everything
seems to be ok but I do still occasionally have it
