Hello all. I was diagnosed with liver cancer, HCC , yesterday. I also have cirrhosis (foolish me). I gave up alcohol over a year ago and my bloods have been improving since but now this. Rather numb at the moment. I hope that you are OK. Michelle
I'm sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis. I'm sure that it's come as a blow to you particularly as you were making lifestyle changes and things seemed to be improving.
It's not unusual to feel numb and overwhelmed by things immediately after diagnosis. Hopefully once the team has given you some more information about your diagnosis and possible treatment options you'll feel less at sea with the whole thing.
