Lump inside labia

Hi I'm 23 and I have a lump inside my right outer labia, it's not like a raised bump/ spot it's a lump that's inside the right lip if that makes sense? Inside the lip itself, not visible so can only be felt. It sort of feels like it's fluid filled, slightly squishy and it can be moved around. It's not painful at all and is about 2cm big, just really annoying. Anyone have an idea of what it could be? I've tried googling but the descriptions don't seem to match what I'm feeling. Thanks!

  • Welcome to Cancer Chat, smorr23.

I'm sorry to hear that you found a lump inside your right outer labia that is causing you to be concerned. Unfortunately, we can't tell you if this is a symptom of something serious, only your doctor would be able to do that so if you haven't made an appointment with your GP yet it's probably a good idea to do so.

Also, if you want to give our nurses a call and ask them some questions, they are available on this number 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday, between 9 a.m - 5 p.m.

    Best wishes,
