Hi Moomin82, the waiting is the worst as your mind goes into overdrive and it consumes every minute you're not doing something.  The results will be here soon, 7 days is better than three weeks.  It sounds like it will be this Friday or Monday coming and it depends on how busy the consultant is regarding writing the report.  So most of us say just keep busy, Stay positive and all the worry in the world will not alter the outcome.  Keep us informed and I hope the results are as you would wish.  As Chrissie on this site would say, virtual hugs your way, Carol x

i know 7 days must be quite quick then? He rang the doctors this morning to see if anything had come through yet and they still haven't got anything. I don't know if this is a good thing or not. We are also confused about who will contact him his GP or the hospital. 
People say no news is good news but with a brain scan I'm not so sure x
