I am so sorry to hear about your symptoms. Instead of worrying there is really only one thing that you should do and, that is to consult your GP as soon as you can. I am not a doctor, but understand  that there are many different reasons for lumps in the breast besides cancer, but this tends to be what we all hone in on.

It is unusual for someone of your age to have cancer, although not impossible, so do get it checked out. If your GP suspects anything untoward, s/he will refer you to the breast clinic to get tested. Even if referred here don't worry, as only 1 person in 8 is diagnosed with cancer.
