Hi!

Hope you are all well. So a few weeks ago I found a little rash on my nipple, then it went away, then about 2 weeks later I had another rash on the other side of my nipple, then one night I had shooting pain going down my left breast which woke me up. I have aching in my arm, hand and shoulder now and again, and then last night I had a wet patch on my t shirt from my nipple, which scared me. I went to see the doctor today and he examined my boobs but he said he thinks it's a blocked duct, and he felt 2 lumps but he said that it's no cause for concern, but he referred me to the breast clinic, so I am awaiting the appointment, but tonight my nipple feels itchy from the inside and it is so uncomfortable, is this normal? Also how long does it take for the breast clinic to contact you for an appointment, also if you miss their call do they leave a voicemail to ring them, because I work weekdays and only have weekends off, I suffer with anxiety so this is really getting me down,
