hi everyone.

i am a 28 year old female, today I have spoken to my gp and told her about my night sweats (been having them for around 3 weeks) almost every night - I woke up drenched and it's horrible, obviously this has been affecting my sleep so I haven't felt great in myself. Last month I also found a lump under my arm which is hard and painless when I went to my GP she told me it was a swollen lymph node and should just go down on it's own. But since then I now have 2 lumps. I'm also extremely itchy all over my body! It's worse at night I'm literally ripping my skin off. My GP has said she wants me to have some blood tests and go from there. I'm just so scared and worried

    I'm sorry to hear that you've had some health problems recently which have left you feeling so worried. I think that most of our members here will understand how this period of waiting for tests and results can leave you feeling scared and anxious. 

    You mention that since you've seen the GP that you have developed some more lumps. I'm not sure when you're due to speak to the GP next but it would seem sensible to let then know about the new lumps.
