I'm currently having FEC-T, had my second cycle of six last week. It has honestly not been as bad as I'd anticipated. Yes, I have what I'd describe as my chemo hangover which lingers for a few days but the anti sickness medication definitely helps with that. I'd say drink loads before, during and after chemo. Rest when you need to, and believe me your body will tell you when that is. And take each day as it comes. Happy if I can to answer any questions. Take care x
