Hiya,how was your day?  I'm guessing if your posting on here that your feeling as overwhelmed as the rest of us sweetheart? Who are you caring for and how are you coping? I'm caring for my husband who has stage 4 Prostate cancer ,he is only 51 and was diagnosed 2 years ago so he finds it all very frustrating ,not being in control and not doing the things he's always been able to and we usually feel the brunt of that frustration.Please try and stay positive ,make a little time for yourself and if you can't make a smile,fake a smile,it really does help.Hope to hear from you soon xxxx
