I'm sorry to hear that you have some health concerns at the moment. It's good to know that you've been to your GP and that they have started the ball rolling with an appointment to the hospital. 

I'm sure that they have referred you to the department that they feel is best for you but if the Consultant has any concerns then they will feed this back to your GP or arrange referral to another department. 

I hope that you have an appointment date soon but in the meantime if you'd like to talk your concerns through with one of our team of nurses then you're welcome to give them a call. They're available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on 0808 800 4040.
