I have had a lump on the opening of my vagina for about a week now it's about a conker size not painful but uncomfortable and very itchy..I'm 40 years old and a little concerned as to what it could be..I havnt had a smear in a while now and was due one last week but I had a period which was my first period in over 28 months. Iv been having salt baths to try and relieve the itchyness but it's becoming a nightmare..I have had abscesses in the area were the lump is now but it's not sore.
