Poor you that sounds really painful! I imagine you have brought this up with your doctor and have mentioned the fact that it doesn't respond to pain relief. This combined with a raised blood pressure are definitely things worth flagging with your GP as soon as you can. Perhaps you could ask them too whether the pressure you are feeling in your head and eyeball might be linked to your BP issues. 

I hope that you find out more about this very soon and that you will also hear from others on the forum who have had a similar problem.
