Hello

I hope everyone is doing okay? I found a firm lump whilst breastfeeding and have had a mammogram (saw nothing) and ultrasound (revealed a well defined oval solid lump.) I had a core biopsy on weds and am beyond terrified waiting for the results. 
They think it may be a lactating adenoma. Has anyone had this? My breast is no rock hard and excruciating. I can't tell if I am engorged or if it is due to bruising from the procedure...??
