I've had a really itchy nipple for the past week.   Being 51, my breasts are quite low, and so I pulled my breast upwards to look underneath the nipple to see if there was any rash etc.  I noticed that there was a dimple on the side when I did this.  I just wondered if this was normal - just fatty tissue showing up as I moved it.  I can't see  the dimple when the breast is just at rest.   I'm only asking as it doesn't do it on the other breast, so I just wondered if anyone else has had this.   I've also got a swollen lymph node in my neck for a few months - only small, but I've had it checked and it's fine and I just wondered if the two were connected, if the dimple could be another swollen node.
