I'm sorry to hear that you've been left feeling confused since your recent appointment at breast clinic. I would suggest getting back in touch with your GP who will have had a letter from the hospital and will be best placed to support you with your concerns.

Welcome to our forum. I am sorry to hear that you have been left in the lurch after your ultrasound. I agree with Jenn, Make an appointment with your GP and let him/her know what you experienced. S/he will have recieved communication from the hospital outlining their findings.

My first question would be to ask whether or not any lump was detected. If I were in your position and a lump was detected, I would be asking for a biopsy of the lump, as there is no way that this can be diagnosed insignificant until you have one.

This is something that you need to be sure about for your own peace of mind, so be persistant.

I do hope that your GP can give you more reassurance.
