18 year old with breast asymmetry?

Hi i am an 18 year old girl and what really bothers me is how different my breasts are, my left breast is atleast one and a half cups bigger. My Boyfriend has even noticed how different they are and i feel so paranoid ever since. 

My left breast is hard and has thick breast tissue  which is sometimes painful wheras my right boob has no breast tissue and is purely made of fat so it is much smaller.

The difference is so large that i am saving up for a boob job.

What are my chances of this being anything serious and should i book an appointment with the nurse do you think?

    Its not uncommon to have one boob bigger than the other and nor is it unusual to have harder breasts at your age as young women have dense breasts. I doubt it is anything to worry about, as for saving to have a boob job, my cousin had the same issue and was given an implant to make her breasts symmetrical - all done on the NHS! So if I were you I would book an appointment with your GP to discuss, the GP could also reassure you at the same time over your breast cancer worries.
